I feel like doing away with a blog.
Seriously, I feel like I'm talking to myself.
Haha.
Anw, I'm currently super busy with projects.
Mid-sem tests also begin next week.
I'm v stressed trying to keep up with my high self-expectations.
Not doing as well as I wish to so far.
I'm considering a move to the other side of Singapore soon.
My term break starts Jun 7.
Friends, let's meet up then! I miss all of you so much.
I really do. :)
HAPPY BIRTHDAY KEVYNA! Primary school bestieee. ♥

For 10 years, I've had to mug my ass off on my birthday. Finally, finally, I have no exams falling on my birthday.
I saw Edwin in Friday's TNP. His Fuhua alumni team was featured under Weekend Warriors. & omg, he's actually the team captain! Hahaha. Cool man.
On Thu evening, I was feeling rather low because I was so tired from school and the whopping amount of projects raining down on me when just about 3 weeks ago, I was completely idle and enjoying some freedom. It made matters worse that Thu was the day with the heaviest timetable.
Then Nic called from Canada and she made my night. We talked until the line got cut off, then resumed our conversation online before she had to leave for school. Daryl texted asking how I was feeling as time drew closer to midnight and I said 'Great! My bff studying in Canada just called and I'm still buzzing." Although I felt so sleepy and the bed was inviting, I managed to stay up as usual. Saw bcs lab ec again. Muahaha.
Thank yous (omg I feel like some star writing thank yous for my album lol!): To Nic for the long distance call; Sri, Adel, Des, Yanyan, Junyi, Denise aka birdie!, Sheryl Yeo, Val Toh, Weizhen, Sri, Charmaine Low, my LRM class 1K09 for the 'surprise' complete with cake, Rahman for the collage, Daryl for the mini England football (that girl is damn thoughtful for taking my words so seriously); and not to forget my family for hunting down my favourite Sweet Secrets cake. I hope I didn't forget anyone.
PS. Omg, James Blunt in S'pore... Also I just found out today that Connie Talbot was in S'pore. Oh man, wish I'd know sooner. Watched her sing Over The Rainbow on Rouge and totally had goosebumps again, in a good way...

So everyone, KEWELL'S IN SINGAPORE! Come say hello.
I'm going to watch him play this Saturday at the National Stadium. I'm already buzzing from excitement. The Aussie team arrived on Thursday and made a public appearance at a training session at Bishan stadium yesterday. Thank god Kewell and Viduka weren't due to arrive until today. If not, I would have kicked myself for missing the session. It was only Tim Cahill and the rest. He's an Everton player so there's nothing much to lose.
Yesterday was the barbeque at my house. The day started off at 8.45am when Nic came over for Tennis. We played from 9-10.30am. Then it was back home to shower after finishing a drink each at the clubhouse. After freshening up, it was multi-tasking time. We went through a couple of pics and some videos I had on my computer while cutting the pics for Peng's scrapbook. Lunch came. After lunch we started baking the cupcakes. When that was done, we went back to the room to watch Britain's Got Talent and Ellen Degeneares episodes where animals were brought on the show.
At around 5.30pm, Des called to say that 'they' were home. So some time after Adel came over, the three of us went down. The guests were Nic, Adel, Kat, Sri, Lin, Regine, Yan Ling, Fer, Wileen and Denise. There was enough food for everyone. Des brought her skateboard along. I was terrible at it and would have fallen if Adel had not pulled me up in time. Maybe I'll try again soon, this time with shoes and no handphone in my hand. And I think what Nic said is true -- I'm more comfortable on my own two feet. Cycling is perfectly fine for me but not skating, rollerblading and skateboarding. In other words things on wheels, or more accurately, things which I cannot use my hands to control. Nic and Adel were doing quite well.
I was sort of the chef of the day. Sri said I cooked like I was performing surgery and Nic looked like she was performing during thaipusam with that satay stick in her mouth while strumming her guitar. That was hell funny. I enjoyed listening to Nic, Adel and Des playing the guitar. Now pressure's on me to learn the drums. xD Dessert was the cake Lin, Des and I had baked from scratch the day before at Lin's house. We had had dinner there. Her parents are humourous people. Her dad gets so easily amused it's hilarious. So anyway we sang birthday songs for a few people (including myself xP) with our literally untitled cake. Then we more or less packed up and went back to Des's house. We all hung around for a while before everyone started leaving one by one. We managed to clear the food at least. It was a tiring day which passed real quickly but I thoroughly enjoyed Nic's company as well as all the rest at the barbeque.
Second semester of school starts in 6 hours. Help! I don't want to go back to school. :/

And birthdays to look out for:
May 1 - Gemma Rose Owen
May 3 - Fer
May 8 - Fiona
May 9 - Pierre Bouvier from SP, Lexie Gerrard, Brina
May 16 - Dania
May 21 - Kelly
May 28 - Mark Feehily from Westlife
May 30 - Stevie G!
May 31 - Kevyna
I've already gotten my first birthday present. After waiting 10 long months, Michael Owen made a full comeback to the premiership against Reading on Monday. He looked sharp and even had a goal disallowed for offside. A pity Newcastle lost the match 1-0.
Your favourite team winning can really lift your spirits the entire day. My sympathies go out to my two Manc friends who felt terrible on Thursday. Hopefully we'll be able to beat those Italians for you!
Well hello Athens! Here's wishing a repeat of Istanbul 2005. <3

Did you hear about the Sumatran striped rabbit? A shy, slow, endangered species that is on the face of extinction. Lives in mountainous forests. They just spotted one recently after like hundred over years or something. Stop killing the forests!
I was feeling unwell on Good Friday. Had headache and bodyaches. Felt a fever coming. Sure enough, I had fever of 38.5 the next day. Woke up at 4am on Saturday cos I was sweating profusely. My dad said I totally covered myself with the blanket, but I really was very cold! Only my body temperature was warm. I hate that feeling.
Anyway I still went to IMM for dinner and to get my mortal something from Daiso. The aircon there was so cold that I was shivering like crazy. Dad thought I had dengue because of all the symptoms. So as you can tell, I didn't get much done on those two days lah.
My brother's going for NS on Mon. There are 5 ferry tickets for the trip to Pulau Tekong. I want to go but my parents are reluctant to let me pon school! ):
Michael Owen will be back before my birthday! Just you wait and see! Best present ever. :D

I had a ball of a time crashing a certain Marriott executive hotel room on Saturday. Spent the day with Nic, Adel, Des and Peng. We had lunch at the Chinese restaurant before going back to the room to chill out. Then we went to Lido for Night At The Museum (again!). Don't believe what those bad reviews say - it's an awesome comedy. Ben Stiller joins my list of favourite actors! Owen Wilson already made it to the list a couple of years ago. And if you do watch, make sure you stay past the credits to listen to McFly's Friday Night! They cut it though... it only lasts about half a minute! Back at the hotel room, we played Game Of Life! We all had a good laugh. Then it was time for Des to leave. Ordered pizza hut and later, Nic's mum ordered room service for us too. Fried rice and fish and chips kids meal! Everything was way delicious. Watched some MTV awards thing. Unfortunately those songs are not to my liking. I found the programme super boring. Went home close to 10 o'clock that night.
Happy belated 21st Birthday Harry Judd (23 Dec)!

So first and foremost, HAPPY BIRTHDAY LIN!!! STC beat IJTP 44-36 for Friday's friendly. But it wasn't a good game lah. I was quite flustered afterwards. You know, I think their school's way nicer than ours. The 'toilet under the stairs' thing was also more amusing to us than it really is. But the thing I like about our school is being up on a hill. That morning, the sun was scorching.
After the match, we ate at Macs. Judy, Wanling, Sock, Sue Li, Adel, Lin, Alex and myself. Discussed jerseys and stuff. Then Lin and I went to Harbourfront to meet the rest. I had quite a hard time trying to stop Lin from prying okay! She kept trying to peep at whatever I was messaging. The surprise thing at Harbour didn't go according to plan. In the end, Lin and I stopped outside Starhub at Vivo supposedly waiting for Des. Instead Regine, Yan, Fer and Des appeared a while later with Lin's birthday cake! Ate there on the spot like some illegal gathering. People kept staring lah. Some even stopped to watch.
At Sentosa, we sat the Skylift! Haha, it looked boring but was actually quite fun. Wanted to take the luge too but had to pay more. What a rip-off. Took the tram to Palawan beach. Kat joined us! Played with sand, volleyballed and footballed. Trammed to Siloso beach in the hopes of going cycling but the bike rental shop was closing for the day. Earlier, we couldn't kayak either cos there was a brief downpour. Thought of watching movie instead. We shuttled out of Sentosa and back to Harbour to eat dinner at Vivo. We were all damn tired already so we headed home after that!

I'm staying up now for the Liverpool match. Talking to Nic - my trusty live commentator. Newcastle's holding off Arsenal at the moment. Hang in there magpies! I'm not a Newcastle fan but I don't want them to be relegated because if they are, Owen will end up playing in the second division. And that's if Newcastle can still afford the fees to keep him at the club in the first place. Okay I shan't bore most of you any further.
I'm leaving for OBS on Mon! Returning on Fri. Doubt I'd be able to but I'll be messaging some of you peeps if possible - Adel and Nic especially! I'll not only be missing a Liverpool match and Prison Break, but also buying of the latest Westlife album - The Love Album which will be released on Mon the 20th in the UK! Aaaah! I know I will be dying to listen to it. But perhaps what I'll miss most is my favourite playlist of songs. All that Westlife, McFly, Simple Plan, The Beatles, Gareth Gates, Savage Garden etc etc music!
It's already way past 3am now and I've only started packing. I don't usually do last minute packing at all. Ahahah! Oh wells. And since I'll be away on her special day, I've got to post this in advance...
HAPPY BIRTHDAY REGINE!!! :D

I said I would pack my room. But due to an unexpected turn of events it's still been left unpacked. I'm really going to do a bit of packing each day now.
I've made up my mind to hang the mini basketball hoop on my door. THANKS SRI! :D First time I gave it a shot, I got 2 out of 3! The first shot missed. I played with my brother just now and it was hilarious. Because the ball is so small, it kept bouncing off and hitting very wrong areas when we tried to catch the rebound! I shot 4 consecutive from afar. My brother was amazed with my accuracy and tried copying my shooting technique. Still CMI. Hahaha. We sweat so much lah; it's a good way to exercise! We were so noisy and violent, I wonder if the neighbours living directly below will complain? xP
Uhm what else... I really want to get some stuff but the more urgent ones are: Westlife 2007 calender, Westlife's The Love Album, McFly's Motion In The Ocean, Liverpool jacket! Well that's about all. Haha.
By the way, HAPPY BIRTHDAY KOR!!
