What you see above is my custom made blogskin. It's weird I know. I've never made one in my entire life, what more just by using your normal paint application. I played around with it a million times but never got what I wanted. It was supposed to be this 3-piece puzzle sort of thing with polaroids for background. This is the closest I've arrived at, all in 2 hours. Failed... but I really like the image.
In other new updates, I want to do odd jobs to help finance myself for the England trip with Nic in 2008. The problem's that job searching is a tedious task. Actually it would be good if I can find an author who needs someone to type out his or her novel. If not I would just consider working at a pet shop or offer dog-walking services. That's the best. Sounds far-fetched? I think so too. It's as if I'm living in Europe.
I think The Game Plan is a very awesome show. The Rock makes a great actor, which kind of surprised me. But The Game Plan reminds me of No Reservations because they have similar storylines except that the former is about rugby and the latter is about cooking. Anyway, the show I'm waiting for is Across The Universe. Beeeatles!
And I feel like time is flying by as usual. It'll be December in a week! I'm also rather gutted at not being able to catch Simple Plan live in Singapore. I'll be on holiday in New Zealand when they're here for their promo. Even if I couldn't get tickets to their private showcase, I wanted to welcome them at the airport at the very least. Now all those hopes are dashed.
Seb and Pierre, ily bye!

it's becoming a once a month thing again.
Oh well, been busy as usual.
I shall leave out the usual boring school days of the past month.
Eat, sleep, shower, homework, school, repeat.
I so hate this.
The class went to Pulau Bukom for an
oil refinery excursion two weeks ago.
I liked it.
Was like writing in the feedback form that
the school should organise more of such trips!
The sea reminded me of OBS lah.
Kayaking along the Ketam Channel,
and the drizzle halfway through...
But Pulau Ubin and Pulau Bukom are like
opposite ends of the island lah.
One in the North, one in the South. Haha.
Anyway, missed sports heats because of that.
I went for some VJC Humanities Quiz thing on Wed.
Totally grinned when I saw question 8:
Who out of the following is not in The Beatles?
Then for this question:
Which American writer wrote the books Fight Club, Invisible Monsters and Choke?
I kind of just pieced things together cos
thanks to Adel, I know Pete Wentz reads Chuck Paluhniuk and
Fall Out Boy equals American band.
Not the best of logic but, I still got it right in the end! :D
Sports Carnival this coming Friday. Shit lah, I'll be having my thing. :/

Here's a recap of the past week!
2) As you can probably tell,
I have nothing significant
to blog about (as always) but I did
rediscover my temptation for irresistible
chocolate eclairs!
3) I love the weekends even though only half of it's left. Boohoo.
4) Yes I'm still on HOL (Hogwarts Online).
Currently a Third Year there and
am looking forward to the
Dreamology 101 class
which I signed up for this term!

5) Nic's leaving for Liverpool in, if I'm not wrong, 20 days time!
6) I watched the extra time of
the Singapore-Malaysia match.
There were a number of quirky moments.
I was prompting the Singapore keeper (Lionel Lewis)
to do a Dudek but he didn't,
although he did save the last
penalty which gave Singapore the win.
7) I was also trying to spot any
Liverpool or United supporters in the stands.
There were plenty and it left me wondering
whether Nic was one of those in Liverpool jersey.
My brother was another one who also went to the match.
8) Basketball takes a toll on me.
2 down, 2 more to go.
I don't want to look back and regret.
9) 6 tests and having to stay back every single day
deprived me of much sleep.
I would do as much work as I could right after dinner,
sleep because I couldn't go on anymore,
then force myself to wake up
in the wee hours of the morning to continue studying.
What is regular sleep?
10) My dream pair of shoes.
We better start believing before we run out of time.
