These are some of the rabbits within an enclosure in the hotel compound. I saved a newborn rabbit from possible death! It dropped out of the enclosure but I'm not posting the pic here cos it may make some people feel queasy. It still remains a mystery how it fell out and why there's only one.
The raftel. It's suspended on water and when a speedboat zooms past, the whole raftel bobs up and down lightly. It's a steep climb up a short bridge (approx. 5m) every morning just to get in and out.
To anyone who hasn't seen a wild boar: Here's one!
There wasn't enough time for an elephant ride through the jungle, so we settled for Muang Singh Historical Park.
The Death Railway. We got to walk on the tracks to a small cave after the train passed.
This bird talks nonsense every day. Unlike its fellow feathered friends that say "sawadika", it says something like "eh what is that bird" in a long draggy tone and has a weird squawk. It wails too and puffs up its feathers when it does that.
As the saying goes, a picture speaks a thousand words...
The End
